Welcome your customers by SMS

A new feature has arrived in the latest release of CarRes, which is now available to all our clients.

You can now schedule a text message to be sent to passengers’ mobile phones at a specific time prior to their scheduled sailing.

The message can be generated in the customer’s language and can contain check-in and port information relevant to the journey. Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to tell all your customers who have agreed to get information by SMS that they are: “Welcome onboard MS Carus from Mariehamn to Stockholm at 4pm. Please turn up at least 15 minutes before the scheduled sailing time. See you onboard!” And do this completely automatically.
