Reservations Systems Support Agent

We are looking for new talent to our support team in the Mariehamn, Finland office. The position is full-time.

Our company language is English. Being fluent in Swedish, Spanish, or another language, would be a big plus.

What you get to do every day

  • Help clients via multiple channels, troubleshoot problems and answer all sorts of questions regarding our reservations and other systems.
  • Software and hardware installations.
  • Interact with peers and clients on a truly international market.
  • Manage and perform assigned tasks in a timely fashion.
  • Provide software and hardware related training and assistance to clients.
  • Log tickets in our ticketing help desk system and follow through until completion.
  • Escalate issues and incidents to the right teams.
  • Craft documentation and user guides to help both our clients, as well as our team to provide more efficient support.

What you bring to the team

  • An open minded and positive attitude.
  • Natural problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Openness to quickly learn new technologies and business terminology.
  • Previous experience in customer service or the ferry/cruise industry is a big plus.
  • Programming and development skills are not required but would be a big plus.
  • Self-management and prioritization skills.
  • Software & operating system configuration skills.
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to talk to those less tech-savvy.
  • Curiosity and willingness to try new tasks and accept additional responsibilities.
  • Ability to search and gather information from several sources.
