The 2019 Shippax Ferry Conference, the 17th annual onboard ferry conference, will be held onboard SILJA SERENADE, sailing between Stockholm-Helsinki-Stockholm, 12-14 March, 2019.

Information about Timetables – Departures – Arrivals

Check-in at Tallink & Silja Line's terminal in Värtahamnen, Stockholm March 12th, 2019.

Upon check-in, bring your booking confirmation, together with your passport.

Check-in:
• Address: Tallink & Silja Line's terminal in Värtahamnen, Stockholm
• Check-in opens: 09.00
• Embarkation: 10.00
• Welcome coffee: 10.30 in the exhibition area, sponsored by Stena RoRo
• Conference begins: 12.00
• Check-in to cabins: During the afternoon March 12th. In the meantime your luggage will be stored
safely onboard.

Travel information

Train Arlanda Express, from/to Arlanda airport to/from the Central Station in the city of Stockholm – 20 minutes

Taxi from/to the Central Station in the city of Stockholm to/from the terminal in Värtahamnen – 30-40 minutes

Taxi from/to Arlanda to/from the terminal in Värtahamnen – 60-90 minutes

Taxi will be available outside the terminal in Värtahamnen and at the Central Station in the city of Stockholm.

Note: Taxi prices are not regulated in Sweden; they may vary greatly. Caution is adviced, always ask the driver beforehand. In order not to be cheated on expensive taxi rates use Taxi Stockholm, tel: +46-8150000.

Buses will take the delegates from Clarion Hotel Sign to the terminal in the morning March 12th at 09.00.

Buses will take the delegates from the terminal to the Central Station March 14th at 10.00.
